Through the website inquiry form, the Company collects the name, email address, inquiry type and message needed to respond. The information is collected when the data subject fills in and submits the form; it is not stored on the website server and is delivered to the Company's email system.
Collected personal information is used only to confirm receipt of inquiries, respond to them, handle adoption consultations and proposal reviews, and provide related materials.
The Company destroys the information within three years of responding to the inquiry. Where a law requires retention, the information is kept for the period that law specifies.
We do not provide your personal information to third parties. Exceptions are made only when required by law or requested by investigative agencies in accordance with legal procedures.
Inquiries are received and kept in the Company's email system. The Company does not otherwise outsource the processing of personal information; if outsourcing becomes necessary, it will be announced through this policy.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request the suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. You can exercise these rights via email, and we will take action without delay.
Personal information that has expired or achieved its purpose is destroyed immediately. Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

The inquiry form is transmitted only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the Company mailbox that receives inquiries is limited to the staff responsible.
The website does not use cookies for behavioural analytics or advertising. Only the recruitment invitation pages use a session cookie to confirm the invitation, and that cookie contains no name or contact details. Visit statistics are compiled from the web server’s access records, without cookies or an analytics script; the records used for them keep no IP address or browser details, and only the domain of the referring site.
